While working on your projects, Zoom Taffics follow all the rules and regulations that are a part of the governing laws. All the content on our website relates to our company. Till the time we get into a contract or agreement in return of a payment, we do not give out any warranties. The agreement we have with our clients will decide the warranties.

All content on Zoom Taffics is correct and up to date. We do not take responsibility of the content in any of the websites that have their links on this website. All these terms and conditions that have been listed here pertain to all the designing and development services offered us. When you get into an agreement or contract with us, you have consent with all these rules and regulations. However the specific agreements may have different rules and regulations depending upon the nature of the work.

Zoom Taffics exercises the full right to accept or decline any of the offers to do the web designing work. The decision of working on a website fully lies with us. We may reject the proposals on the basis of the content that gives rise to hatred or is explicit in nature. The content should not also infringe into copyrights of other websites. The date to start the project will be decided by us. We do not guarantee that all the projects will be started immediately. We will decide an earliest possible date to start the projects of our clients.

The clients can provide us with the content like the writings and pictures to be put into the website. The images and other content provided by them will remain to be their own property. Till the time, payment has not been made; we will own the rights of all the content of the website. We will put every effort to design the websites that will work on all the browsers. We do not take guarantee with respect to new browsers. We also do not take the guarantee if any of the search engines does not wish to list the website.

We will show the initial design to the client and wait for the approval. If there are some changes to be made, the clients can tell us and after both the parties are satisfied with the design, we will move further and finalize it. We will provide the invoice for the amount that the client pays to us. After the payment has been made, the website will be put on the server and the client can then upload it for further distribution.

The contract can be cancelled in the middle of the designing process and the payment will be returned to them. They will not be supposed to use any of the works done by Zoom Taffics. We can alter the prices at anytime without any prior notification. We do not take the responsibility to maintain the website of the client. The terms and conditions can also be modified.
